From GST/PST to HST. NOW? Back to GST/PST Is that Good?

The good news is the TAX is lesser! At least ! But for how long and when will it START? Here's the copy of the proposed TAXation:

TV and Electronics 12 % tax
Clothing 12%  tax
Building materials  12%
New houses  5 %
Telephone  5 %
Restaurant  5%
Funeral service  5 %
Gym  5 %
Previously owned houses  NO TAX
Groceries NO TAX (except for items that are taxable)
Medicines ?  I don't know
Car, truck, vans, vehicles and boats?  I don't know. Sadly the news information is really incomplete and I don't have the data aside from what is posted in that newspaper. Know what? They should have just agreed on 5 % on every items except for those basic commodities or needs that should have no tax at all. What are those basic needs? FOOD, SHELTER (House), CLOTHING, TRANSPORTATION, ELECTRICITY and GAS.
