SPECIAL KIND OF INK

Special Kind of INK:

1. INVISIBLE INK - Sympathetic Ink. Made from salt of metals. Others made with mixture of milk and lemon juice which turn brown when heated.

Invisible INK appeared on paper when heated. When chemical reaction is supplemented to see color

2. RUBBER STAMP INK - Moist when on its ink pad. This ink dries fast once it touched the paper.

3.COPYING INK - Ink found in carbon paper. Mimeographing and duplicating machines need this ink

4. MARKING INK - Made esp. for wood and fabric (textile)

5. RECORDING INK - Ink used in this medium is mixed with glycerol to keep from evaporating. Significant use for SEISMOGRAPHs - EARTHQUAKE DETECTORS

IMPORTANT FACTS:

ROMANS have their INK from black fluid thrown off by the cuttlefish when its frightened. Sounds ridiculous or a myth. It's up to you to believe that.

SEPIA INK - Dries dark brown on surface of paper

MEDIEVAL - Black and blue ink

Other Sources of INK : Crushed galls, oak galls, mixed with iron salt, copper and green vitriol, berries from variety of plants

SOURCE OF INK

Aside from SOOT, INK was derived from the following SOURCE:

1. NUTGALLS - Lumpy growth found on trees. Lump that mimicked like a cancer or cancerous part of a tree trunk. The lump actually was a site of insects when they burrowed deep down to lay their eggs under the bark.

2. LUMPBLACK - Dull black soot. Made from burning oils, waxes, resins, and other fuels without enough air. Used for smooth surface.

3. BLUE BLACK INK - Made from iron-salt water. organic acid is mixed, tannin added from nutgalls

4. PERMANENT BLUE-BLACK INK - This ink can stain anything from rugs to clothing.

5. BLUE, GREEN, RED - Colored ink. Chemical dye solution is placed. Red Ink is used for checking.

6. FOUNTAIN PENS - Coffee powder mixed with water

7. BALLPOINT PEN INK - Significance of this ink? This kind of ink requires rotating ball on its system to stop or control the flow of ink. Ink is thicker . A or Average type of ink requires half as thick

ORIGIN OF INK

The marvelous world of printing and writing is nothing without INK.

INK the colored liquid used for printing and writing. It is the most important liquid used in sending messages. Without ink do you think we'll be able to to know the World's History? The past, your genealogy or your family tree? The beginning of time and when life originates? we can somehow learned our history through word of mouth form our ancestors down to the generation of today. But who can able to relate the vast of informations through show and tell, and by talking out loud? No one has a brain as big as computer with a capacity and volume of more than 200 gigabytes. It's impossible right? Even robots don't have that kind of program.

Civilization started at the time of Christ. Any complaints will be dealt with accordingly. Make sure you can provide evidences and miracles. Otherwise out of the ordinary is not valid.

There are at least 3 OLDEST INK known to men namely:

1. EGYPTIAN INK - According to the Scholars and Egyptologists, mummies have their mummy clothing > linen wrapped around their body and covered with hieroglyphics in ink made of SOOT, water and vegetable gums.

SOOT - fine powder consist of carbon

2. CHINA's INK - Made of SOOT of TUNG OIL from TUNG TREE and arabic gum. This kind of ink is waterproof. It sticks to the medium for hundreds of years.

3.INDIA's INK -Oldest form of ink but used mainly for decoration. They used lumpblack mixed with water.

Eye Opener

Would you believe that printing a newspaper just on a single edition would cost the printer of publishing company ONE POUND OF INK?

This kind of INK covers only 100,000 square inches of surface. The surface of metals, plastic, fabric, wood and synthetic materials required different kinds of ink.

Thinking about one of my journals when I printed them is costly. How the authors of books gained profit from their book sale? That's their business-trade secret and I'm not a whistle blower when it comes to their business. It's not my business therefore I have to have my own ways and means.

There are too many books, so little time. Some books that were recently revised were already been burnt if not revised. Others were on sale at the bookstore along the shopping malls in other 3rd world countries. Millions were probably donated in libraries where its needed by the school children instead of searching for them in their computer. Probably not all books are registered or can be found in the internet.

When is the time that I was doing research about history of a Portuguese explorer only to be surprised about the change of datas. It was actually the original story of a known Portuguese adventurer changed by another author into a story of a British explorer. Though the exploration or discovery, plus the route was the same, same event and date of exploration but names were changed. The Portuguese didn't die but reported missing in action. What a joke I told myself. Thinking the presence of internet could eventually lead us reading history to a new level. Whose who to believe. Maybe in 2050 or Year 3000 the whole World History is nothing but fantasy.

Nothing but pigment of imagination thereof unless of course you have all the FACTS, ARTIFACTS and FIGURES in a museum. Goodness lots of monetary values.

INKadoodles

ONCE again it's time to change the cartridge of my scanner/copier. The last cartridge lasted about 3 months simply because I seldom use my printer.

Okay enough of the drama. The reason why I cannot use my printer is because all of a sudden it has shifted to a different connection. I don't know why? I am not pro when it comes to technical aspect of my computer.

That's why I went over my drawers to locate all the discs or manual book for troubleshooting. So glad that I found the required disc and I was able to re- program and install the necessary requirements to be able to print my journals.

My question this time is why INK is very expensive? What's in it that makes it too costly. is there a special kind of "ingredient" that makes it too expensive? A 16 ml cartridge is worth C$35.00 plus tax. It's good when it's on sale but when it has no red tag then digging from the consumer's pocket is really tough.

Where INK comes from? What its content and where you import this special kind of ink? Ha! Now you wonder why the squid and octopus have ink in their system. Gotta go I'd better scrub my frying pan. LMAO.

La Pierre

I told you before that one of my hobbies include collecting pens. Pierre Cardin is one of my favorites. The pen is slim shaped fuchsia in color. It really produced a fine print when used in a very extra ordinary stationeries. Exquisite pen for exquisite special paper.

I've been "eyeing" this for sometime. It was the focus of my attention when we had our grocery shopping. I was thinking my husband should see it too and probably if he likes it then he would buy it for us >> his family. Of course its for his own family. Or the guests can also join in. LOL!

But hey, I was waiting for my hubby to purchase it and he never did because he was too busy thinking on something else. BuTTTTTT...yesterday, I was shocked. Shocked! Not surprise. Because he yelled at me from downstairs to help him carry the stuff he brought from the big store. Guess what, he brought the whole patio set. WOW! It turned out it was a present for his birthday. Yeah the good sisters gave this patio set as a special gift for him. How lucky can you be huh.

Garden Showcase

Palm Tree

Lucky Bamboo

Variety of cactus (cacti) family, jazmine (sampaguita), purple colored calla lily, rose plants, san francisco, violets

Orchids, geraniums, suntan, mums, aloe vera, ornamental hanging plants, etc.
Where else you can go shopping for more selections of orchids? Only at HOME DEPOT!

That's why never go out without your handy digital camera to spot the unique treasure that awaits your garden for you'll never know what you've been missing > to find the "rare and fairest of them all."

Our trip to the big box HOME DEPOT. Not as big as Costco for this big store is exclusively for home building, renovation and gardening supplies and materials. They have everything that you need for your home except of course...the groceries.

We usually shop here for blinds, door, wood and window panels when RONA don't have a stock of products that we need.

I went over the aisle where they showcased draperies. From simple to elegant drapery and window curtain. Too many choices to choose from. They're all attractive and well expensive! The cheapest price $7.99 but that's only a piece of valence. A piece of coordinate for the sheered curtain with dainty lace and embroidery. There are psychedelic designs. I preferred those curtain panels with a unique style and embossed pattern. Those are worth $58.00 just for a single piece that can only cover half of your window. Hmp! I can't afford it today. Not now I told myself. Then I glanced at the beautiful radiant stained glass wall decor at the hallway. It was artsy colorful.

We're about to visit the Nursery (garden) when these planters of orchids caught my attention. While my daughter's focus on the rider-mower. But it has a tag that says "Children are not allowed to play."

Pricey? Expensive? You bet but Home Depot's products are of great quality!
They surely passed the QC=Quality Control

Alison thanks for your help. I'll be back there to buy a pot of petunias and orange geraniums for a hanging basket. I hope there's orange...

Identity Crisis

It's true once you have a blog of your own either you become popular or infamous! It is by the kind of words you used every time you type here in the blogworld. Everyone wants to be controversial. The more controversial they are, the more profile views. More money for them?

To tell you the truth, no matter what you blog here in the net. The readers doesn't care. The freedom of speech and freedom of the bloggers is always right according to everyone's point of view. If you've been hit by some anonymous not so brave people here, you don't hide cowardly or take their BS. You have to face them through this medium. Blog your rants until your keyboard explode from your short fuse.

Heard of the commercial Red Lobster? The guy's singing and strumming his guitar and his melo-drama was being aired by singing how he was able to get back to society after his identity was stolen? That his selling t-shirts and serving in the restaurant. Too many now have that awful unbelievable but it's true ordeal life story.

People nowadays don't care for they lose almost everything including their "self." Their ID, EGO and SUPEREGO. Eggo waffle?

Then here comes the Canadian Arthur Black whose Basic Black article in his city's local newspaper had him wrote about someone owning the same blog title named similar to his "Basic Black." Now you might wanna ask who's the original ? Him or the copy cat?

You know what? I have that problem too. "Someone" out there already copied my name and trying to outwit me and good that she posted her own picture. She can take one of my photographs if she wants. She can always pretend that I am her. Bwahhahahah! My friends used to do that with my chat friends. We can have them all in jail!

However, there are more righteous people than scumbugs and I hope some people out there have at least consult their conscience once in a while.

A famous woman once said, "If you cannot take the heat (hit) get out of the kitchen." Women will always be at the kitchen no matter what. It is proper for the woman to cook the food (meal) for the family and it usually a first priority for the man to be the BREADWINNER. If its the other way around, sooner than later divorce or separation follows with much conviction. But if its a "scripted drama then life for them is never the same again. They only live because of the soap drama!'

Nope it's not Eastenders. It's THE HIGHLANDER! Ahahahhaha!

ARM & HAMMER for your laundry?

I just typed something here about PBXVI and it seems the editor of Blogger-Google doesn't like the topic and whatever am typing here would fail.

Hey, what's goin' with you there people? Now I am very much curious! I am considering on knowing the religion of every bloggers here. Nyeknyek!

But this kind of nonsense they will allow for public viewing. Uhm, I wonder if the people behind this blogsite knew what is worth reading.

What each and every one of us to type here is something silly. Something that will let you stay hungry and stay foolish. CRAP!

Strawberry

I had a day tripping capturing the different views and angle of strawberry fruit. Why of all of fruit? Simply I found strawberry cute and very appealing. It's attractive not only of its outer red appearance but when you sliced them into halves the color pink stands out.

How do you like dipping them in chocolate and or maple syrup? I tried and it's good to the last bite. Super yummy good!

The CHase Is On

When others don't really make sense because they talked in slang language.

You know it's a slang language because it's funny and weird. It is bizarre and sofanobitch.

Slang is the word when you heard it right but it has a different connotation and denotation in your stock of words and from their own lingo.

Slang words are used colloquially at a magnitude totally different from others. You turn to do the slang to be truly extra ordinaire. To be far outrageous and eccentric from others. It's your way of communicating. When others cannot understand you because you seem so far behind in what they are trying to accomplish. You go your own way because you have your own command that you only knew. Until someone, somewhere can understand you and the level of your IQ.

In Einstein's odd resemblance to his "route" they are all proven to be worthwhile up to now. After all only Einstein's capable of producing, encoding and decoding his own formula.

But then for how long the command would be without any gains and profit on this goal? So, if I'm ignoring your command here it only mean one thing drop the capsule. The "Chase" is on! Hurray!
