11. Problems with environment such as gas leak, radon, garbage, and other environmental hazards
12. Problem with burglars and gangsters
13. Tenants having problem with rental agreements
14. The house is not safe to live in because it has no fire exit, the bathrooms and washrooms do not have windows
15. Climate change, environmental hazards and disaster
16. The house is too old
17. There's no parking space for extra vehicle or no parking space for visitors.
18. There's no workshop, no space for utility trailer and no parking space for boat and tractor.
