Who's got a home ba dito? If you are paying for your house every month it means it is your temporary house. Depends on the kind of contract you have applied and filled up. Lahat ng bagay ay may contract. I remember noon na merong isang Pinay na ang yabang nya dahil nakabili sila ng bahay. Well bahay na daw nila yun. Sige na nga bahay nila. Then nilait nya ang mga bagong dating na Pinay tapos ang mga asawa ay foreigner dahil nagrerent lang sila sa apartment, townhouse, condo or bahay. RENT lang ibig sabihin nito hindi kanila ang bahay dahil RENT nga lang that you have to pay every month. NOBODY OR NO ONE can tell someone that the house belongs to you unless the payment is COMPLETE. You don't pay rent or mortgages on it only yearly TAX. If only tax you are paying for that house then it is yours! So, then the pulp mill closed down where they worked and turned out the HOUSE was actually owned by the BANK. There you go. It's the BANK who owns the HOUSE not the person who bought (?) renting it monthly. OWNED and RENTING is all together different. Magkaiba sila ng meaning. Iba din ang nakasaad sa contract.

In clarity. RENT and MORTGAGE & LEASE Is different depends or based on contract. Or how much capital and money you have. The same thing with the word CITIZENSHIP and PERMANENT RESIDENCY. One thing I hate to tell you is these nasty hackers also are so good in portraying that they are innocent and you as ignorant of what social networking is. OMG! So stealing is good? And the victims ignorant? So my old account in Facebook is no longer accessible dahil nga somebody is using it. Kasi I can still receive emails and messages from that account that means another person using it but not me. I already have a suspect kasi nga alam kong hacker talaga sya. Okay lang kung hindi sya masamang hacker I mean wag nyang gagamitin ang name ko sa kasamaan. Dahil makukulong ulit sya na dati na syang nasa jail eh gusto nya atang bumalik sa jail at maging daredevil ulit. Bka type nyang magsuperghee ulit or mahospital. Hay naku ang mga pasyente ko sa mental eh dumadami na. Maybe Dr. House would like to accomodate more patients in there. The more the merrier!

Hmm...my God Sunday pa naman ngayon ewan ko ba bakit di ko talaga type maglog in sa ibang site. Aba nahacked agad. How could that happened? Grabe naman. Di namna ako bopol when it comes to technology. The only way a password can be hacked by others when the previous computer, laptop or device was owned by another person and was sold to another person. Or the computer that was bought even if it is really NEW it has an outside connection, maybe wireless and it connects to the laptop or notebook that I am using today. So sa tutuo nga malabong maihahide mo ang any information na gusto mong ihoard muna for the next day or for next week. Kumbaga every second, every minute eh merong naka-abang para ibenta yung isusulat mo or isinusulat ko dito. So yun nga yung tinatawag na networking. Masama! It is not good. It is bad. Kasi kumbaga meron kang store tapos you have to keep it (the products)for the next day or you want to sell it but then somebody wants to sell it para sila ang may pera. So yung may ari ang walang napapala. It will all go to nothing. Sabi nga ng asawa ko don't waste your time 'cuz everything that you will do in the net eh it will go to nothing. Ang sakit naman nun. Wala ngang ethics yung iba dyan. Bakit hindi na lang antayin na ipublish yung story and then saka sila magcomment?? May commentary box naman or email address ako for their comments. Bakit naman gusto nyo pang nakawin? Hindi maganda yun. Gusto nyo bang maging very popular as the new HACKER OF THE CENTURY? Please naman magkaroon naman sana kayo ng original idea. Aba pati yung story nung bata pa ako nahacked na rin. Naging movie na nga eh. END OF DAYS and JUMPER. Yun nga lang they made it like somekind of doomsday. Hay naku I wont go crazy about this. Message Deep From The Heart

My teens T & C's birthday yesterday. Their 17th. We only have the family of my sister for a great supper of roast beef, special delicious pancit, big crabs, prawns, lots of veggies. Two choices of cake: chocolate cake with cherries on top and lemon cake. A simple get together sort of and a happy celebration of their 17th birthday. This is not the usual kid's birthday with dozens of balloons, fun kiddy hats, and trumpets made from paper or carton peppered with sparkles. Not anything of that. Simple yet memorable. Lots of stories to tell but I'll just keep the memories in my mind. ( Not the other blog duh).

Besides at their age, my teens would rather keep their own story private. They are not the kind of youth who are gossiping, rumor-mongering or affiliated with some rude individuals out there. They seldom talk but would rather just play video games, watch You Tube, latest movies, and maybe sports, do their creative graphic arts, play Maple story trading in. Just like that so from now on better have their own story and I will have my own fiction and non-fiction to my blogs. Easier than done right? The point is I am just like other mothers around the world anywhere around the world who like flaunting, displaying motherly affection to their children and that's very NORMAL. Being proud of who they are. Are you not proud of your kids? Okay if the answer is no then there's nothing I can do with it. Live your life the way it is after all no other human being can make you happy aside from  being hooked up to nonsense. At least I KNOW what am doing here in the net. My husband knows the kind of "work" I'm doing. Blogging is a work definitely but flirting is not a kind of work. Do you understand? That's the difference. I don't have that programmed in my brain. So for those who love flirt and flirtations can move out and get out from my site. Thank you.

Awareness

A smart Alec once said you cannot earn anything from "Invisible hands" you will always need evidence or receipt for everything that you have to purchase. Uhm that's true. How our forefathers long time ago able to deal with barter is somewhat amazing. Barter is still being practice in other parts of the world when currency is hard to come by. Monetary unit is never heard of due to the island's remote location. Village people from Africa, Mediterranean, South pacific where people practice the so called barter is more than pleasing rather a taboo. Too bad for those whose occupation are into the white collar job category such as those who are practising medicine in rural area, pharmacists, dentists, the lawyers, bankers, computer programmers and technicians. Great for the farmers, land owners, and the blue collar job laborers who can just trade in their products and services at least for them the system is just fair and favor their family.

Heard of a lawyer or a doctor who all of a sudden become millionaires? This is due to the fact that when patients cannot pay their doctors and lawyers they have no other choice but to pay them with the land that they owned or acres of land that they used for their crops. A movie, old movie of Michael J. Fox in his portrayal as an urban doctor who end up being in the rural area and the villagers can only pay his good service by the kind of crop they harvest from their land, and or live stocks from their farm animals. The problem is how a doctor can  gain from such kind of barter? Unless of course he decides to build a store dedicated for such products to be distributed and sold to other consumers. Is this the kind of problem going on with the world that the transaction business in commerce and trade is too slow? Import and export is really, really slow in some area. Uhm dunno why.

Sometimes is about credibility. HONESTY is the best policy you know? It is a policy you should carry your whole life. You should not hide from any obligation. Who cares if you have too much credit? Who cares if you are bankrupt? ALL OF US are indebted one way or another. The only thing is please don't hide from your creditors and be truthful with your dealings. Be a smart user of the rules of the BBB= Better Business Bureau.

Invisibility

Chilly Monday morning almost like springtime but on summer time ? That sucks! So this is what happened when I have a mood swing the weather is affected. lol. Or let say it for clarity that my mood get so affected by it. Well I can't say that's its because of me that the weather changed and why there are so many rumors about bad economy. Don't blame me for that. The fact that the only one to be blamed for all of these bad happenings are mind 'ya "uncertainties." Most of all people wont be buying your product just because you are a jinx or you don't have any marketing technique or you don't have friends whatsoever. The point is better not to have friends when you have a business because you'll just go bankrupt just like the rest of those who tried. What you need is customers when you are an entrepreneur... friends are friends outside of that business of yours. There is always that separation betweem friendship and business with its logic derived from the separation of the government from religion. Separation of the non-profit service from the profiteering business. Time and time again when I have to take an example for this kind of hard to understand scenario. I know of a man, he is very hardworking guy, he is the cook, and even the one who cleans the restaurant somewhere in USA. There are too many patrons, customers mostly friends, relatives, and neighbors who frequently visit and ordered food, have their children baptized, birthdays and wedding receptions and their restaurant used as "venue." It was such a productive source of income until the "busyness" becomes unattractive to too many of the restaurant's patrons. Then what happened after is the unforgiving minute of friendship's lost. The point is you really cannot make any business out from people not paying because they are friends and relatives. If it's business it should be BUSINESS and everyone should PAY. If you receive a receipt with numbers on it, the amount of what you have ordered should be paid accordingly. No ifs no buts. Unless of course if the sign is FREE.
Just like the internet, it is compared to open h-way. Just like the sky it is free for everyone to roam around , free to drive, or fly but of course you have to pay for the gasoline in order to move that vehicle, or pay if you want to ride the bus, airfare for planes, etc. To drive your hard drive computer you need to be connected to the internet and you have to PAY also. Why? It's because electricity is not free. Connection to internet is not free either most of all you need to have access to computer to log in and do whatever your hands can type into the keyboard or click the mouse. Lucky mouse always being used. So---this kind of info that am sharing with you using my computer and electricity which my family pays for it is already a kind of volunteer work. Unless of course if somebody will pay for the work I am doing here. Work is the push and pull of energy. Exerting energy through brain power is WORK. What more if it connects to millions of readers who have the same magnetic cores? Speaking of millions when there is no comment here what is my evidence? Well it's weird science and economics combined. The power of string theory that you are unable to see because it is called INVISIBILITY or in other words Powered by INVISIBLE HANDS.

The Burden

To abolish the TAX would be a white man's burden. It is and it should be as it happened in the past. As if it's the white race who are willing to sacrifice not to have a child . They can do it without any child at all provided that they live in a freezing cold state. Weird science? What's the population in the northern part of the world? Less populated even if the land is so spectacularly big. So if ever the tax would be abolished who will pay the debts of those people who bankrupted the government? Who will pay the debts that your forefathers had borrowed or owed from the International Monetary Fund? Who will pay for the rest of the debts that your fellow men used to provide you the home and shelter and the food that you are having and most of all who will pay for kids schooling from nursery to college? No country in this world started with just barely zero, out of nothingness? If there are abundance of resources out there that you can just pick without paying any cent and you can sell them that's a blessing but even a food bank that offers free non-perishable food has to pay their rent for the storage of those food, payment for the electricity and gas for the driver that delivers the items. Even non-profit organizations cannot function without the so called people whom you cannot say "please volunteer" it's for your own good. Did you know that rich people have a different way of having this kind of "function?" It's more like defunct. You will hurt the economy by doing such thing. What I hate the most are the hypocrites who are always thinking of being greedy amidst life's social graces, being so greedy because comes with greed is a sin called lying. Who cares about graft and corruption? According to this powerful influential human being without graft and corruption there'll be no rich people on earth. Maybe it's true. The fact that only rich people can help the poor. But please excuse me for not helping you with money and in kind. I am UNEMPLOYED. The point is I have a mind of my own and I am willing to share what I have studied along with the philosophers.

The HST is once again in the News

Just as I posted the VOD= Video On Demand here on my blog the TV VOD posted their video or VOD is now renting their movies for $5.00 and $7.00 each. Imagine $5/video aside from paying a monthly TV connection which is worth more that hundred dollars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WTH! Yes I have the right to complain just like anybody else here on earth. Look at Mr. Vander Zalm who protested on about the HST. The HST was lowered already to 14% from its first announcement of every item sold in Canada you have to pay $17% HST. Now the government has implemented a hair-splitting question about HST just to find out if the voters understand the HST. HST= PST & GST combination. The problem is the richest province don't pay PST before. With the combined PST & GST = HST the richest province occupants or residents whether residents or citizen or tourists will have to pay both.  You know what I'm thinking? Canada is just like the Philippines during the Spanish regime. The revolutionarists hate paying taxes to Spain and when the taxes were abolished, they have to pay tax to the Americans. When the Americans gave their consent of independence, only the rich people paid their tax but they paid their workers so little too late that too many end up in poverty, most of all they don't have the needed health care and benefits that they deserved from the government. We don't pay tax fro every merchandise or service in the Philippines which is so true but do you receive the benefits that you deserved as a loyal citizen? If the HST will be abolished in Canada, the same thing will happen here, Canada wont be able to afford health care for millions of its residents. Then another whisper I heard the HST is not intended for health care for there is a budget allocated for it. Duh! True. But if your country has been devastated by war, flood, famine, forest fire, and other environmental hazards the budget intended for education, welfare of its own citizen and permanent residents, defense or the armed forces and other various agency of the government will soon expire and there'll be no more budget to see but Budget the truck that will tow everything away. Sad eh? But here is my point when tax is too much. A tax is way too much is when the product is already OVER PRICED and to add tax to it is a burden. Imagine you want a vehicle like for instance a car or van or a truck that you can drive to work, the vehicle cost is $20,000 +12% HST ? = $22, 400. The HST is $2,400 with this amount of money you can purchase a 2nd hand car. Or you can use it to stock at least 3 months of food supply for your family. That's what some people are furious about. Then you want to buy a house, the same process the HST is what some would be house buyer is adamant or hesitant to own any. The HST is too much a stake of a risk for would be buyers of house, vehicle, and other machines, tools and what else your money could buy nowadays?

As a customer, a frequent buyer of anything Canadian product or services we all should vote to lower the HST to just right amount that everyone could afford. 12 % HST is a NO. 10% NO. 6% YES.
PST = 3%     GST= 3%  I think that's a breath of fresh air.

Curiosity

Too many movies to watch on VOD (Video On Demand). Last nite I watched the "social network" once again, this is the 2nd time. There are scenes that I missed from watching the previous ones. To tell you the truth if that's what happened to Mark Z. as he triumphantly made billions of dollars from Facebook as what it says like his network is worth 250 billion dollars my goodness that's in $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$! A lot of money. Shockingly more than what Mr. Bill Gates is worth? If that's the TRUTH and nothing but the truth, MZ can have its own country. Be the country's president and choose smart, hradworking, talented people to join you in your pursuit of truth, happiness, and prosperity after all 250 billion of dollars is what any country needs in order to proceed its governance. Without money, without power and influence the work of the government is stagnant and there'll be zero productivity. Unless of course there is that so called thermodynamics.

In this life of ours on planet earth where LIFE exist because of co-existence with other human and non-human resources. Without these resources no vital source of life can be found. It's kaput. While other bloggers worried about how they can triumph with blogging and wont feel being rejected they befriended others out of their circle, being acquainted with strangers whoever they are and whoever they maybe in order to popularized themselves and gain companionship in the blogworld. You know what? Even the rejected, even the most unfriendly snobby bloggers here have readers. Even their blogs suck so bad or unreadable and post mostly boring news ...they have readers, they have friends and that you can ask yourselves why. If they are rejected why the hell they have readers? Know why? People are so curious about almost anything. It's CURIOUSITY that make us human but of course more clever than monkeys. Curiousity is what makes people so inventive that's why innovations, inventions and high tech gadgets such as computers were invented.
