Protein-riched Eggs

I seldom post any photo here at this blog INK Atbp. However, today is simply a day to post something that needs to be discussed.

Do you like eggs?
Husband bought 50 white eggs from Costco 2 weeks ago and we had them all consumed in less than 2 weeks and he bought 2 boxes of eggs (24 eggs) yesterday from QF,  guessed that we eat so much eggs in our house. I used fresh eggs for baking and cooking. I think if I don't watch out I will cook eggs everyday.

For my palabok (noodles with minced meat, seafood and shrimp sauce) have to use at least 6 to 10 boiled eggs. Lots of protein eh?

For my omelette or fritata have to use 4 eggs. For pouched eggs have to use at least 2 to 3 or depends on how many of the members of the family would like to have it for breakfast. Sometimes when I bake cupcakes have to use at least 2 to 3 eggs depends on the content of flour (in cups) used for baking. For breakfast pancakes have to use 2 eggs. Two eggs for cake and 2 eggs for other pastries.


Eggs, eggs, eggs. Thank goodness there are poultry farms everywhere in Canada. If one family loves eggs what do you think the rest of the billions of people who love eggs from hens. Count of how many eggs are consumed everyday.  Wishing that roosters should also lay eggs but that's impossible. Heh! That maybe for this reason that there are fast growing white leghorns that are growing rapidly at the speed of light (almost) due to their growing mass feeds. Plus of course the significant use of light that adds up for them to grow up faster than ever. Let them grow swiftly and fatten themselves for poultry meat and the eggs they produced.

Trouble with Computer

Something's wrong with my computer laptop today and the past few days (June 22 to June 25, 2016). It was okay yesterday but not today. What's happening? Being attacked by aliens? Or by hackers?

Crazy hectic day. darn! I hate my computer. I need a new one actually.

I want a perfect computer with 1TB storage. Can somebody please give me a free computer pretty please ))))))))) lol.

Are Your Hands > Yours?

Don't ever think I don't get out of my comfort zone because I do. I get out of the house to sweep the floor of the garage and sweep the front and back porch. Wow! How nice of me to do such thing eh?

I know that it's a rented house and supposedly the caretaker who should sweep the ground outside. Caretaker and landlords do that everyday.

But you know what? I have hands. Do you own hands?

I have a wonderful very skilled hands and I don't like wasting any moment, anytime, any seconds of the day.

Then I looked at my hands. I stared at my beautiful hands...

OH MY GOD! I have beautiful, wonderful, skilled hands.

Thank God I am not lazy.

I don't wait for somebody to sweep the front and back porch of our rented house.

At winter time.

I didn't wait for somebody to shove the piling of snow outside our door. Every hour when the snow falls during winter and it's snowing so unruly that period of time, have to use shovel the snow from outside the front porch, from the backyard out of the patio. If you don't and wait for other people picking up and shoveling your snow your door will shut off and you wont be able to get out. Some people thought that when they rent a place it's up for the landlord to pick up their trash but truth is you still have to use your hands and IQ.

I have hands. I have beautiful skillful hands.

Do you have hands that work? Do you have hands that care?

It's about time to use your own hands especially if you can reach what you are supposed to reach. If the trash is just outside your door please pick it up and throw in the garbage bin and thank yourself for caring the environment.

Or you only have hands that beg?
