Watch Filipino shows on TV and their tele-novela and you'll probably notice that when the actors and actresses opened their mouth to talk the dialogue doesn't match because truth is the communication or medium of communication or conversation in the tele-novela is Korean. You changed channels and watch another television shows, another tele-novela this time the conversation is in Tagalog but actually it was in Mexican-Spanish language. It was "dub" in Tagalog.
When I was young, I like watching Chinese movies dubbed in English with Chinese text below the screen. Or sometimes the movie stars have to talk in their native Chinese language while we read the English sub-titles below the screen. If you can read faster and still see the actors and actresses while they do their action and dramatic scenes, then you probably enjoyed the whole movie. Otherwise you wont enjoy the movie and never you will bother watch another kind of movie with sub-titles ever again.
Being bi-lingual could be an asset and being multi-lingual is a luxury but it's not convenient for most of us. Do you want Prime Ministers talking in English and then afterwards they translated what they said in French language, do you think they will have the "same" purpose? Is the aim and goal of the same direction? Truth is NO! It's like a broken arrow that splits into two directions. You must as well have double budget for two purposes. One purpose for evaporation and other purpose is condensation.
If communications keep splitting apart then probably communication is futile, there's that atomization process and cancer is deeply, sadly involved.

Do you have food bank in Philippines? Do you have food bank in other countries? Food in Philippines and other countries are COSTLY! They can't put up a food bank, they make lots of money when they sell food. Why the former Pres. Marcos ordered Green Revolution? Because China the main producer of food became highly industrialized and they wont be the "farmers" of the world. They would rather have skyscrapers instead of having food. Right or Wrong? Do you really have to go explore another planet to plant? Explore another planet and make sure to bring not only water but seeds of all kinds.
YOU WISH YOU CAN CULTIVATE AND PLANT FOR RAW FOOD PRODUCTION AND YOU WISH YOU WONT JUST STANDBY AND WATCH SOMEBODY DOING THE PLANTING. Cannibalism has extended up to World War II. After WW II they realized that FARMING is the most important factor in the country's economy. You can't live by bread alone so FISHING adds up to increase production of food. Remember, the population of the world is in BILLIONS! How you can feed the world?
Why oil and gas is low in Canada? I don't know who the real economists here in this country. They probably have to compete with other oil producing countries. Learn the supply of LAW and DEMAND.
If the price of goods and services is low then the DEMAND IS HIGH. Therefore, the oil and gas is high in demand because the PRICE IS LOW. There's always that "period' where there's a halt to everything. You can only avail of such sale for a period of time! I wish that everyone knew the solution to all the malady of our society. I wish that all TV news broadcasters are honest and hope to God that they are not tricksters. We don't deserve World War III and we don't deserve World War IV.

Morning news on TV showed a long line of Canadians at the border of the United States, you think they are new immigrants or what? They queue to purchase lottery tickets, the POWERBaLL TICKeT!
I would like to buy the Powerball ticket!!!!! Everyone would like to buy that amazing ticket and God knows what could be the effect of buying such ticket that if you win BILLIONS OF DOLLARS how you divide them, how you will spend that large amount of money. First you'll probably buy a multi-million dollar house with swimming pool and all the luxurious amenities and sprawling garden of luxury. You'll probably buy a yacht, limousines, a Ferrari or lambourgini and other sports car or you probably open up a business so that you can employ your family, relatives and close friends in your company (Billions of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ almost the national budget for country's economic development) WOW!!!! You'll be another member of the hundreds of billionaires, the latest elite member in the Mark Zuckerberg and Bill Gates' Club of Billionaires. Truly amazing!
Then your Mathematician's brain started to calculate numbers, you realized that if you win the Powerball prize which is in billions of dollars U$, the government has to deduct taxes from such winnings. ? Truth be told. However that's okay. Still is MILLIONS of DOLLARS U$ is such a lot of money especially if you are having problem counting millions.
Canada should have that kind of Powerball lottery. The reason why that Powerball ticket has reached to billions of dollars it's because nobody wins in the first place and the prize keeps adding up.
If BC649 has been lowered to $5 million dollars or to $2 million dollars from its winning ticket of $10 million dollars or from $50 million dollars only meant that there are Canadians who won the lotteries. If nobody wins tomorrow on BC649 there'll be an increase on the value of winning ticket.
