You Know What?

I was at the kitchen when I smelled something so fragrant I first thought it was the febreze freshener but it was not hooked into the socket of the wall. You know what? It turns out the yellow daffodils! I never thought the daffodils give in that sweet scented fragrance. I let the cat smell it too.

Obsession with daffodils? I really don't care much about it before but when I planted them in my garden the feeling is different. No, really the feeling of having to use them as "subject and object for photography is much appreciated."

I was having my breakfast of half bagel (only the top surface) and hot brewed coffee (thank goodness my favorite brand now, not the dark roast whatever) listened to the news on TV, rather watched and listened to the news with the Prime Minister of Canada being interviewed by the Foreign Press. You know what's the difference with the former PM Stephen Harper and PM  Justin Trudeau when being interviewed? PM Harper only answered what's being asked in a very short answer and not in details while PM Trudeau likes to expand his answer as if he's got too much time to spare for the media. I think it has something to do with what kind of questions or they both are questioned not in the same manner that favors both of them. Years ago, when the media asked the former Harper it has something to do with secrecy and he is not comfortable with such question. While the younger PM is the opposite, he was eager to know the secret of the media. I think... Younger leaders tend to be so curious about anything and everything.

Hmm, why  are they  in the U.N.? The marble has changed there. Why? lol. They should asked the UN to support the many refugees in Canada. The media should ask the PM Trudeau that the pension for seniors are not enough and he should start looking after them. The old age pension for old people in Canada is not enough for senior citizens in Canada. These seniors worked their ass off for many years in Canada. Their pension is only being used for medical bills for their ailments. It only is good for monthly mortgage for the house. When you take in so many refugees in your country you end up using the seniors' pension and that's unfair. The cost of living in Canada is way too up high. The standard of living is so skyrocket high!!!!!! You think too many millionaires in Canada? There are millions of low income people in Canada. You don't really see what's inside their homes although it's a necessity to have cars and trucks or vehicles because really it is a necessity to have vehicles whether you are rich or poor, you must have vehicle in Canada. But you know what? The United Nations should support the refugees in Canada so that the seniors and Veterans (Armed Forces) can afford the high standard of living in Canada.


Sometimes it's great for reporters, media and foreign press not to be over charming to be heard but they should be smart enough to ask questions that will eventually lead the leaders to answer that is valuable for their country of origin. Ask difficult questions.

Appreciate What You Have

It's one of those days that I missed and craved pancit habhab or pancit canton. I don't have the right ingredients for habhab. What's available are cattelli's pasta similar to angelhair pasta which is just okay for alternative noodles. I have few portions of shrimps and few seafood: small portions (seafood medley) of sliced squid, clams, octopus, scallops and mussels plus  pork. Whatever! The most important in cooking pancit is not the supposedly right ingredients preferred by cook but consider the alternative is not that bad either and importantly, it's the taste, the flavour of the food that is perfectly edible for human consumption. I cooked pancit noodles just to finalize the cravings and my family loves it.



What the hell, who am I kidding? Yesterday, I watched a movie that is so weird and it has its impact on how we appreciate the value of anything that we used to take for granted.

First the movie WORLD WAR Z, tackles about the grim revelation of the undead called zombies. In this movie starring Brad Pitt in his role as the United Nations investigator or a representative named Gerry Lane, to investigate the Post War events in countries where there were an outbreak of such magnitude leading to the outbreak in the U.S. The first scene, the UN investigator together with his family was having breakfast then followed with their travel to the downtown urban area and suddenly chaotic panic erupted causing massive pandemonium of violence and outrageous stampede. Their family was stuck in urban gridlock. The zombies all of a sudden appeared and they all terrified trying to escape. Oh well you know what happened in an apocalyptic horror drama, action movie eh? Running around, screaming, crying non-stop, total shock, driving aimlessly nowhere to go. Investigations upon investigation, travel to South Korea, to Israel to find out the truth about the outbreak and until the investigation leads to the door at the W.H.O. with the help from Segen ( the female Israelite Army) where some scientists are infected with the virus. At least in this movie they found the serum to reverse the effect of virus infecting most of the people.

In the longest running TWD or WALKING DEAD, no serum or cure for the zombies or walkers. Episode: "The same Boat", Maggie and Carol were held hostage by female Saviours and they were taken to the Kill Room, rather Kill Floor. They (Carol and Maggie) were tied with maskin tape on both legs and tied masking tape wrapped around their hands and their mouths were also covered with scarves tied (gagged) around their head which made Carol unable to breathe properly. In this episode, Carol was remorseful, crying and scared. The hostage-takers: Paula, Molly (who probably is suffering from tuberculosis or emphysema), Michelle are unremorseful but they do a lot of talking, whether they are Saviours or killers we don't really know because Maggie and Carol were able to untie themselves, killed them first in the most violent way. Carol is becoming softie holding on to rosary at first then smoking cigarette? Carol (Melissa McBride) should receive "Best actress award for KILLING ROOM."

This morning, KILLING FIELDS the movie is on our TV Channel. It was a true war story that happened in Cambodia. News reporter-journalists were held hostage by the communists and had endured torture and inhumane acts of atrocities which are also violation of human rights. In this movie, the dead bodies floating on water and submerged on the fields are so unbelievable but it did happened. The communists killed entirely all the educated people in their land. It is something that we can't comprehend in times of war simply no one can't comprehend that who are the true enemies in times of war when famine, poverty, millions of people are hungry and thirsty , when people are so hungry and there's no food, nothing to eat, nowhere to find food what do you think will happen?

Look at those zombies? Maybe they are hungry at first. They were starved for food. Then nobody feeds them then they become flesh eaters. They become cannibals. Are cannibals real? There are cannibals in other parts of the world and they are not science-fiction! Zombies are cannibals. Idi Amin, the Somalian brutal killer and flesh eater was a cannibal. He used to eat his enemies. Don't worry he's no longer around.

Keep on planting. Keep on fishing. Keep on raising livestocks. It's great to be a farmer. God loves the farmers, fishermen and shepherds these people are highly intelligent human beings because they feed the people. Isaac Newton was scientist- physicist and he was a farmer and so many farmers are meteorologists they knew the weather better than the meteorologists of today. Most of the American inventors are mostly farmers and fishermen. Don't insult their occupation and work because they are smart.

Check & Balance

I think there's nothing wrong with people who went bankrupt or business who went bankrupt because some of the reasons can be blamed most of the time due to poor economic condition of one's city or country. There's nothing wrong with being bankrupt because you seek to register yourself and your company for bankruptcy process of repaying unlike those who escaped from such process, changing their names, escape to other countries to elude what they owed. In Bankruptcy procedure you are paying what you owed in a legal process to avoid pending illegal acquisition of your properties. There's nothing wrong with HONESTY. Honest people, people you can trust do the legal process of assessment as in check and balance just like the GOVERNMENT having CHECK & BALANCE, hoping graft and corruption is a thing of the past.

What companies went bankrupt in Canada? Remember TARGET and ZELLERS? They are big retail outlets in Canada. Eaton's, Woolworth, K-Mart they closed down, shut down their companies due to POOR ECONOMIC CONDITION of the place where these huge big box stores opened. Blame the people who aren't even buyers but just merely critic. Bad criticisms, bad publicity can ruin a giant industry and you can go down with the economy because your standard of living will also drastically changed. Unfortunately.  Business people who are educated and knew that trustworthy,  TRUST is not also an asset but also the right thing to do in this very competitive time of buying and selling process. When one door closes down, another door opens and that's the life of business and trade. When one company closes down you go down with them especially if you are one of the customers who benefit from their company. Let us stop those racist remarks about bankruptcy and bankrupt people because did you ever ask yourself you are one of those whose to be blamed in the POOR ECONOMIC SYSTEM?

POOR ECONOMIC SYSTEM? Using credit cards all the time!!!!!!! Using  money that you don't have. There are hundred millions + of people using credit cards. Many companies closed down because of such poor economic system. Without CASH flowing in your business,  it's doomsday! You are part of the system!!!! So stop your old fart from reaching my desk, okay?
