Is that good or bad? Others would practically blurt, so what? Are we affected? Whether the loonie drops down, whether the oil or gas fluctuated still is Canadians will have something to eat!
Canada is not a third world country! It is a country where food is abundant. There's a FOOD BANK!
Do you have food bank in Philippines? Do you have food bank in other countries? Food in Philippines and other countries are COSTLY! They can't put up a food bank, they make lots of money when they sell food. Why the former Pres. Marcos ordered Green Revolution? Because China the main producer of food became highly industrialized and they wont be the "farmers" of the world. They would rather have skyscrapers instead of having food. Right or Wrong? Do you really have to go explore another planet to plant? Explore another planet and make sure to bring not only water but seeds of all kinds.
YOU WISH YOU CAN CULTIVATE AND PLANT FOR RAW FOOD PRODUCTION AND YOU WISH YOU WONT JUST STANDBY AND WATCH SOMEBODY DOING THE PLANTING. ONE FARMER FOR BILLIONS OF HUNGRY PEOPLE JUST WATCHING? because you decided you wont plant or farm because you are a professional wearing expensive coat and neckties? Cold reality maybe in year 2040? Maybe there'll be few humans and the rest are robots and zombies. Um, crazy!!!!!!
The only winners in case of war and political disputes are countries with enough FOOD.
People eat all the time. People will abandon everything house, cars, ammunition in favor of FOOD.
Look at what happened in WALKING DEAD and all apocalyptic movies, FOOD is what makes you human. Do you think houses and vehicles have value in the world of zombies? In the world full of zombies make sure you have a large NET.
Why do you work? In the 1900's when professionals are way too many as in millions and nobody cultivate their land as in farming is blah, stupid, then war broke out and what these professionals ate to survive? You wont believe they ate all what they can to survive such as dirt and they tried cannibalism. Cannibalism became the norm, eating dead bodies or flesh of those whom they killed. At least they cooked the secret meat. It's no secret! Sausages? That's how those sausages were introduced in the first place. At first it was "hotdog" it's their dogs they eat, later they mixed any kind of grounded meat in it to make sausages. Secret? Only the sausage maker knew the secret ingredients. Cannibalism has extended up to World War II. After WW II they realized that FARMING is the most important factor in the country's economy. You can't live by bread alone so FISHING adds up to increase production of food. Remember, the population of the world is in BILLIONS! How you can feed the world?
Why oil and gas is low in Canada? I don't know who the real economists here in this country. They probably have to compete with other oil producing countries. Learn the supply of LAW and DEMAND.
If the price of goods and services is low then the DEMAND IS HIGH. Therefore, the oil and gas is high in demand because the PRICE IS LOW. There's always that "period' where there's a halt to everything. You can only avail of such sale for a period of time! I wish that everyone knew the solution to all the malady of our society. I wish that all TV news broadcasters are honest and hope to God that they are not tricksters. We don't deserve World War III and we don't deserve World War IV.
