I have a fair skin thank God for my Mother has fair skin complexion. According to my grandmother before she died her great, great grandmother was Spanish. My grandmother was born in 1912 but I'm not sure whether she was born in the Philippines or the Philippines that time is America. In 1900 when the Philippines and its government was run and governed by the Americans including the schools and universities, and hospitals. What could be the secret treaty behind? The Philippines is now being divided once again and the true inhabitants of that country cannot gain what really belong to them because of the millions of refugees there. Why not they just moved to their country of origin? That's what it is.

Then here comes group of the Japs claiming their land that belongs to their ancestors and they too want the refugees out from their country. Know why? Too many old age pensioners now and if these wanderers get hold of their pension it would be another war. Uhm that is probably what happened in 1933 to 1945.
