This is the reason why it's impossible for Vancouver Island to have a flood.
The reason is the people here always THINK AHEAD of time. Before the storm
hit the island with its violent force entry, the city workers had their list of what
needs to be done. Drill inspection, checking drainage and sewer outlets making
sure that no rubbish or any other fragments that may caused the flow of water
to a halt.
Build and Rebuilt. The windstorm that eventually blown off the shingles of some
rooftops here in the camp kept the city workers and business people alive. More work
to do than ever before.
