Are you happy with all the holidays and special worth mentioning days lately? Oh I know surely the most patriotic human beings on earth have to celebrate two wonderful days in a year. Canada Day celebration last July 1, 2012 and July 4, 2012 for American Independence followed by the most pompous extravagance of parade and fireworks. Nothing so grand of a ceremony and celebration without loud cheers, stunning and spectacular kind of fireworks.
However on these two occasions I didn't go out. Just spend my days in front of my computer, manage to upload loads of photographs, planning menu for the days so that people here wont get bored and sulk when presented with boring food. What to cook when there are only few available veggies they want to eat. What to cook when meat: beef, pork, chicken, fish, shrimps, prawns are available and affordable. I don't eat venison, turtles, crocodiles, snakes, and frogs. Even thinking about such wild animals for food is gory. Very frightening indeed. Only wild animals eat those type of food. Or if you have nothing to eat anymore.
I happened to watch a documentary about crocodile hunters and those hunters will patrol the swamps somewhere in Florida in search for alligators and crocs. Their business is to deliver the croc's barklike skin to be made as leather for bags and accessories: leather bags, wallets and belts including shoes, sandals, and boots. The meat of the crocs are then used for other purposes as baits for fishing, hunting and some of the meat for food consumption. People or rather few people eat them. Yikkess! How could they do that? I know for a fact that there are certain tribes who used to eat monkeys. Well, there's a lesson you can learn from such tale of a monkey. Movies proved a lot of those group of yucky dudes eating monkeys and they end up in sanitarium.
No wonder why too many people would rather eat vegetables ONLY. Too many are turning vegetarians. Uhm, maybe the veggies price will go up including the price of fresh fruits because of that.
There are so many pigs, cows and chicken, there are in millions ; the price is not that much so everyone can afford them but to have those wild animals for live stock? Hope to God they wont change or replace the kind of meat in the market. That's why there is that so called QC (Quality Control) clerks who should inspect in every supermarket in our town, city, and around the world to protect consumer's right. Always protect the buyers.
When you protect the sonsumer's rights and choice you are also protecting the welfare of their health.
Health is wealth.
